Mayslynn's Water Cable Granulator Shipped to Japan, Enhancing Recycling Efficiency
On February 2, 2021, Mayslynn successfully completed the production and inspection of its advanced 917 Water Cable Granulator, which has now been packed and shipped to Japan. This innovative machine marks a significant achievement by the Mayslynn team and offers a groundbreaking solution for the global recycling industry.

Addressing Diverse Cable Recycling Needs
The 917 Water Cable Granulator is designed to efficiently separate copper, plastic, iron, and other materials from various types of cables. Our customer, based in the recycling industry, faced a common challenge: handling a wide range of cables that often contained impurities. Traditional manual sorting is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and often ineffective. Therefore, our client sought a solution to process these cables in one unified system, reducing labor costs and improving recycling efficiency.
After in-depth consultation and technical evaluation, Mayslynn recommended the 917 Water Cable Granulator. This equipment is specifically designed to handle cables with a high degree of impurities, such as automotive wires with abundant tape or communication cables containing grease. The water-based granulation technology prevents material from sticking during the crushing process, ensuring efficient separation.

Powerful Performance and Versatility
The 917 Water Cable Granulator is designed for versatility and efficiency. It can handle a wide variety of cables, including hair-wire, scrap electrical wires, automotive wire harnesses, motorcycle wire harnesses, power cables, and communication cables. After processing, the copper and plastic granules measure approximately 2MM-8MM in diameter. Since the granulation process uses water, the material cools quickly, preventing the plastic sheath from adhering to the copper core, ensuring high purity in the recovered materials.

During the sorting process, the crushed materials flow into a shaking table, where they are separated based on their density differences. A magnetic separator at the end of the shaking table extracts any iron present in the materials, further ensuring the purity of the final output.
Enhancing Recycling Efficiency and Reducing Costs
By incorporating the 917 Water Cable Granulator, our client is not only increasing recycling efficiency but also significantly reducing labor costs associated with manual sorting. The accurate separation of copper and plastic allows for better resource recovery, maximizing the value of recycled materials. As the machine is put into operation, we look forward to offering more businesses in the recycling sector high-quality equipment and services, contributing to the growth of the global environmental protection industry.
