This innovative machine showcases exceptional performance in processing waste materials such as old cars, large appliances, furniture, and household waste, making it a true powerhouse in the recycling industry

Innovative Design, Breaking Through Performance Barriers

This giant shredder features an impressive power system with a total output of 305KW, driven by a hydraulic motor to ensure stable operation under heavy load conditions. The effective size of the shredder chamber is 3000*2000mm, enabling it to easily handle large waste materials and meet the high-volume demands of various industries. The machine is equipped with a 1-meter diameter assembly-type blade, which greatly improves maintenance efficiency and blade replacement convenience, ensuring long-term stable performance.

High-Standard Manufacturing to Ensure Stability and Durability

Mayslynn adheres to high manufacturing standards to ensure the durability and reliability of our equipment. The spindle alone weighs 6 tons, while the entire machine weighs 60 tons, providing a solid foundation for stable operation in demanding environments. We use thickened steel plate welding for the machine's body, followed by stress relief treatment and overall processing after welding, ensuring the machine's robustness and durability for long-term operation.

Additionally, the gearboxes are connected according to the German DIN5480 standard, offering easy disassembly, large and smooth torque transmission, and enhanced safety. The electrical control system uses Siemens PLC with automatic overload detection and protection functions, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Major electrical components are sourced from top global brands, including Schneider, Siemens, and ABB, ensuring system stability and longevity.
