March 26, 2021, Taizhou, Zhejiang — Mayslynn is proud to announce the completion of the TMJ-1450 Copper Granulator, which has now been shipped overseas. This state-of-the-art machine, with a maximum output of 1 ton per hour, utilizes advanced automation and separation technologies, making it a game-changer in the global cable recycling market.

The TMJ-1450 operates through five key processes—crushing, density sorting, vibration sorting, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation—to achieve up to 99% purity in copper, plastic, and iron separation. With a total power of 140kw and a processing capacity of 500-1000kg/h, the TMJ-1450 is highly efficient and adaptable to various recycling needs. The intelligent control system ensures high automation and includes overload protection for safe and stable operation.

The granulator’s crusher features high-strength alternating shafts and alloy tool steel materials, ensuring durability and high crushing efficiency. An optional air cooling system prevents overheating, while the closed-loop design and dust removal system protect the health and safety of operators.
