Mayslynn S-2500G Waste Radiator Crushing Recycling Line
Purpose: Efficiently recycles and processes radiators from air conditioners, automobiles, etc., separating copper, iron, and aluminum.
Process Overview: Material is fed into a dual-shaft shredder for coarse crushing, followed by a hammer crusher for fine crushing, resulting in pieces approximately 3 cm in length. High-magnetic-force separators extract iron, while air and optical sorting machines achieve copper and aluminum purity levels up to 99%.

Key Features:
Efficient Design: Minimizes metal loss compared to Western technologies by reducing the number of crushing stages, ensuring maximum material separation, and decreasing metal powder production. Processed copper pieces are approximately 3 cm in length.
Robust Equipment: Capable of handling radiators with iron frames, the dual-shaft shredder features low noise and high torque. The shredder blades are repairable, and the precision planetary gearbox, connected using European standard splines (DIN5480), ensures high torque and load-bearing capacity. The PLC intelligent control system includes automatic overload protection and bidirectional rotation to safeguard all components.
High-Quality Materials: German-imported alloy steel is used for the shredder's screen mesh, blades, and wear-resistant plates, providing the best balance between lifespan and cost. Blade lifespan ranges from 700-1500 tons, screen mesh from 10,000-20,000 tons, and wear-resistant plates from 20,000-40,000 tons.
Advanced Sorting: The new air separator replaces traditional gravity separators, achieving copper and aluminum purity levels up to 99% without the need for frequent maintenance or replacement parts.
Effective Magnetic Separation: Drum-type magnetic separators handle high temperatures and provide high separation efficiency, reducing copper contamination in the separated iron. The two-stage magnetic separation process achieves iron separation rates up to 99%.
Reduced Metal Loss: Special structural designs inside the crusher and blades effectively reduce copper and aluminum wrapping by over 70%, minimizing metal loss.
Enhanced Conveyor Belt Durability: Special belt materials extend the lifespan of conveyor belts, addressing issues caused by residual refrigerants and oils in radiators.
Automated Sorting: Optical sorting replaces manual sorting for heavier aluminum and aluminum-copper mixtures, enhancing efficiency.
Dust Control: The closed operation with negative pressure dust suction significantly reduces dust emissions. The two-stage dust removal system, including a cyclone dust collector, extends the service life and maintenance cycles of pulse dust collectors by more than three times.
User-Friendly Operation: The PLC-controlled system ensures easy operation with one-touch start/stop, automatic fault detection, and high automation, reducing the skill requirements for operators.
